This paper presents a comprehensive comparison of several LLM models, analyzing their architectures, training methodologies, performance metrics, scalability, and practical applications. We present an in-depth review of established and emerging models, detailing experimental evaluations across multiple benchmarks. Our findings contribute to a better understanding of the trade-offs between model complexity, scalability, and application-specific performance, while offering recommendations for future research directions.
